Career totals only make sense once the career is over, so the pool sticks to finished careers and every total is the real final number.

What is the highest possible score?

325. That is 100 points for going 10 for 10 plus 225 in streak bonuses for never missing.

What happens on an exact tie?

You get credit either way. Ted Williams, Willie McCovey and Frank Thomas all retired on 521 home runs, so it really does come up.
