Squad Deal: Mystery Box Team Builder

A mystery box twist on building your dream team. Each position gives you 10 mystery cases of players tiered from elite to weak. Keep one, eliminate the rest, and weigh the Banker's player offers.

Squad Deal crosses building an XI with a blind box gamble. Every position is a wall of mystery boxes, you claim one blind, and a banker keeps ringing with tempting named alternatives.

You never quite know what you are holding until it is too late, which is the point. The finished squad gets simulated, graded, and logged on a leaderboard saved to your device.

How to play Squad Deal

  • Set up: Current Stars or All-Time Legends, an optional theme like Premier League only, one of 9 formations, and whether meme players can lurk in the boxes.
  • Tap a position, face up to 10 hidden players, and keep one box sight unseen.
  • Open the rest in short rounds. Between rounds the banker offers a named player: accept to fill the slot or keep opening.
  • Refuse everything and you finish the slot from the last unopened boxes.
  • After the XI, play the 5 extras, then simulate for your grade.

    • Rules to know

  • Boxes are seeded stars to scrubs: on a full board of 10, a couple come from the top of the pool and a couple from the bottom.
  • Offers strengthen in later rounds, roughly 1 in 4 is a sweetener near the best player left, and the banker never repeats an offer.
  • Final rating: players 82 percent, chemistry 18 percent, plus extras. Chemistry counts shared clubs and nationalities.
  • Grades: 84 and up is A+, 76 is A, 66 is B, 55 is C, below that D.

    • Example walkthrough

    At striker you keep box 4. Two scrubs and a star flip out, the banker offers a solid mid 80s name, and you decline. Next round burns another elite option, and his follow up is weaker, because the field left in play got worse.

    You ride it to the end and out comes The Traffic Cone. Your all Premier League chemistry still drags the sim to a B, logged with formation and date.

    Strategy tips

  • Judge the banker against what is left, not what is gone. His offer tracks the unopened average.
  • Take early offers at thin positions like goalkeeper. Deep positions can afford greed.
  • In Legends mode every box holds an all time great, so gambling to the last box is far safer.
  • Meme mode is chaos on purpose: a few joke players are secretly elite, most are Sunday league.

    How does grading work?

    The sim averages your XI's ratings, blends chemistry, applies extras, and the letter falls out of the number: A+ needs 84, under 55 is a D.

    What are the extras?

    Five mini deal boards: Manager, Stadium, Fan Base, Transfer Budget, and Home Kit, each with 6 options carrying rating and chemistry modifiers. Keep a case, watch 3 flip, then deal, stay, or swap.
