Each pack reveals a real player with his club, position, rating and market value, plus a tier from fringe to superstar.

Keeping a player in a compatible slot

Keep him by tapping a highlighted compatible slot in your 4-3-3.

Binning a player if you can afford it

How many bins you can actually afford

You open 15 packs to fill 11 slots, which means you can only afford 4 bins all run.

Pack odds per tier: superstar 3 percent, star 9, quality 22, squad player 41, fringe 25.

Why an empty slot costs you so much

Your rating averages all 11 slots, and an empty slot counts as a 45, below even the weakest real player.

Keeping an early superstar winger

Imagine pack 2 pops a superstar winger. Instant keep at right wing. Packs 3 through 7 are squad-level bodies, and you bin two chasing better, leaving 2 bins for the rest of the run.

Settling for a fringe goalkeeper pick

Then pack 9 is a fringe goalkeeper. Keeping him feels bad, but there's one goalkeeper slot and no guarantee anything better is coming. You keep him and finish with a full XI in the low 70s.

Counting your bins before you spend them

Count your bins. Spend all 4 early and every remaining pack becomes a forced keep.

Guarding the scarcest slots on the pitch

Guard the scarce spots. There's one goalkeeper slot and one striker slot, but three central midfield slots.

Filling a hole with a fringe body

A fringe body still beats a hole. Empty slots score 45, lower than any real player.

Not betting solid players on a superstar pull

Superstars are a 3 percent event. Don't bin solid players betting on one.

Are the packs random for each player?

No, the sequence is fixed for the day. Everyone opens the same 15 players in the same order, only the decisions differ.

Can I replay if my run goes badly?

No, it's one run per day. Decisions save as you go, and a fresh sequence arrives tomorrow.

What counts as a good rating?

Most finished squads land in the 60s or 70s. Higher usually means you landed a superstar and filled all 11 slots.
